Dear Yoga Teacher,
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You want to teach prāṇāyāma, but you’re not fully sure how to do it safely, confidently and intentionally. You know the breath is powerful, yet the purpose of each technique still feels unclear or inconsistent. You’re unsure where to begin, what to avoid, and how to make prāṇāyāma accessible in a mixed-level class. You find yourself repeating the same cues and patterns without feeling inspired or connected to what you’re teaching. You want structure: how to sequence breathwork in a way that feels grounded, progressive, and effective. You feel called to deepen your own practice, but you need a steady, supportive framework. You completed your 200hr teacher training, but prāṇāyāma still feels like a “missing piece”.
